There is no doubt criminals should be penalized according to the gravity of their crime. However, there are some peolpe believe that, even, the young offenders need to be sentensed, the opponents of this argument says that the parents of these children must face the judisial encounters than their offsprings. In my opinion, the penalty should be based on the circumstances and emotional and intellectual level of the juvenile offender.

Celebrities such as famous film star or sports personality are normal people with different and extravagant lifestyle. Although, being one is not easy, yet some people want to be famous in order to be distinctive amongst others. I believe, being a celebrity is not a big concern, but carrying and maintaining like one is very difficult because of the high expectations of the public.
