Obtaining a proper education is a privilege that may lead to success in life. However, some people argue that many businessmen reached high levels of success without obtaining strong academic records. In this essay, I will mention my opinion regarding this topic and I will state what is the most crucial thing in life for a person to have in order to be wealthy.

Few people argued that to improve public health providing adequate sports facilities will bring desired results. It is believed art budgets needs to be reduced to increase money spending for education. I can not say that ''I completely agree with this opinion'' however, there are some acceptable sides of this recommend. Budgets planning to spend for artificial things should be decreased but it should not spend for any other thing unless governments have to spend it.

However, the effectiveness of this measure in reducing road safety hazards has sparked heated discussions in society. I agree with this measure and will provide my opinion and credible examples.
