The hiring trend for jobs has dramatically changed along with the passage of time, from just filing an application form to test drives and multiple interviews.

Over the recent years, the online paying industry has developed a lot. The payments are made by card or phone in most situations, so I do think in the future, cash would be replaced by online payment totally, although some people still prefer cash. This essay will discuss both sides of the argument, followed by my own perspective.

Subsequently , many people believe that it is essential that companies should allocate a paticular proportion of this positions to women but I disagree .

Sugar has become essential in many products, such as drinks, snacks, and desserts. Sugar causes health problems like diabetes. The products are sold in the supermarket on a huge scale. Products containing a lot of sugar should be sold at a higher price to encourage people to consume less sugar. I will describe whether I agree or disagree with this statement in this essay.

It is a fact that global warming poses a serious threat to our planet, and urgent action is required to mitigate its effects. However, I believe that reducing funding for local environmental problems is not the solution. The government should allocate funds for both global and local environmental issues.

Smartphones are a part of the parcel of our daily life. Having used gadgets helps to gain some information, but there are also drawbacks too. Using too many phones is a harmful matter that harms the body and mind.

It seems that in the world we live today, there are still many differences between the nations that are considered to be rich, and those who are considered to be poor. In this essay I will examine some reasons for that phenomenon and I will suggest some solutions to address this problem.

In the world,there have various newspapers and tv news channel give detailed explanation of criminal activities which have bad impacts on social environment. Well,few masses argue that government should take some action on them. In this modern era, young ones are spending too much time on electronic gadgets. They use electronic gadgets for different purposes such as playing games, chatting and so on. Due to ,this they do less physical exercise. Although I agree with the given notion up to a large extent, I also believe that there are some other reasons for doing less exercise by youngsters. which will be elaborated in the subsequent paragraphs.

I am in consummate accord with the statement that the Earth’s natural green reserves purify its atmosphere and function synonymously as that the mammalian lungs. I also advocate the view that woodland destruction will ruin our present world.

In the modern era, digitization has gradually evolved around the world and has made life easy to blend with and in the nearest future will replace the traditional method of reading news and lifestyles on paper.I partially agree with this notion because no matter how important technology will be beneficial to the public in the long run,the need for journals or articles on paper will still be considered part of our lives.

Some individuals think that reading news paper will be outdated and people will not read them at all in the future because digital platforms can provide the alternative news website for free. In my opinion, I totally agree with this statement because the quality of contents on news paper will be worse or cannot maintain the content and citizens do not spend an additional cost for something they can get without paying.

People need jobs to fulfil their needs and companies use their needs for generating more returns. Especially sales companies try to recruit those who are behind in getting commissions along with basic salaries. Entrepreneurs recruit such people because they promote goods and services more compassionately. Just to get some extra amount, they put all their efforts into selling the products.
