In many instances, a debate regarding the importance of both establishing constructive communication with the staff and other contributing factors has emerged as one of the most contemporary controversies, which some argue that due to having complete control towards the entire organisation the professional relationships matter more, however, I as well as disputers think, today, financial circumstances and career standards play significant roles.

However, a number of people believe that the transport ministries should spend more money on developing the speed train lines. In contrast, others think that it is wiser to enhance the available public transport. I believe that speed train will help countries avoiding road traffic, and save the environment.

While it is a commonly held belief that sports competition have a positive impact on society, therefore government must fund sportsman. However, others argue that it should not be covered by the authority, and it must be funded by the special foundation. From my perspective, I strongly believe that government must supports and funds sportspeople as they represent the country in many international competition. Teenage is an important phase in every human's life and cannot be ignored, as children in this period start to mature and a lot of changes take place between the age of thirteen and twenty-one respectively.
