Some organizations and companies say older people are better as leaders while some say young people are better as leader. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In this contemporary epoch, whilst opponents hold the belief that adults are better as leaders, proponents and I believe that seniors are the best leaders for a company because they have the ability to perform better and to improve. My contention will be further explained.

Some people say that the government should control the amount of violence in films and on TV in order to control violent crimes in society. How far do you agree or disagree with the statement?

Some people argue that government officials had to restrict violent scenes in movies to minimize violence in society. I completely argue with the given statement. The following paragraph will examine the cause of the issue and briefly discuss it in forthcoming paragraphs.

In today’s very competitive world, a worker has to possess multiple skills to succeed. Among the skills that a worker should possess, which skill do you think is more important, social skills or good qualifications? Explain the reasons and provide specific examples to support your answer.

Nowadays, due to huge competition in the workplace individuals need multiple skills to succeed in life. Among the abilities, social skills and good qualifications are important for people. In my opinion, I think that both skills are important for individuals but good qualification skill help to promote in the workplace. I will explain my reasons for it in the upcoming paragraphs.

In many countries women no longer feel the need to get married. Some people believe that this is because women are able to earn their own income and therefore do not require the financial security that marriage can bring. To what extent do you agree?

Nowadays women have less pressure from society about marriage as a result they are less eager to wed. I agree, that financial freedom is essential for both genders and marital commitment has to have emotional reasons, not economical. Therefore, there are also many other reasons why ladies don’t dream about a proposal anymore.

More children are becoming overweight. Therefore, daily physical education classes should be compulsory in primary and secondary schools. To what extent do you agree?

While a lot of people hate PE classes as it not only time-consuming but put children at the risk of getting hurt. From my perspective, I agree it should be compulsory since it is critical that students have a habit of exercise every day.

Communication through text messaging and other instant forms of online communication are short and basic. Some people think this will be death of grammar and spelling. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In the present circumstance, the enormous innovation of technology has shifted people to use connection methods that are fast and instant. This phenomenon, however, is claimed by some individuals that will push grammar and spelling to the verge of extinction. I personally go against this perspective, and will discuss the benefits of immediate messaging and why the value of basic communications will be sustainable.

Most societies have homeless people. Some people think that the best way to help them is to give them money. To what extent do you agree?

Despite the fact that we consider ourselves as a quite developed and modern society, the problem of homeless people appears up to now. Some people believe that monetary help is the best way to support bums. However, I opine that we should help by providing moral support, education, skill development and utmost in providing employment.

In the future all cars, buses and trucks will be driverless. The only people travelling inside these vehicles will be passengers. Do you think the advantages of driverless vehicles outweigh the disadvantages?

By virtue of technological advances, autonomous vehicles are no longer implausible concepts but they are now realities, and their prevalence is more transparent than ever before. While some setbacks to such development exist, I firmly believe its advantageous influences on society eventually surpass the former.

Computers have significantly changed how most people in the developed world live. Two points of view on their impact on people’s lives are easily understandable. On the one side, due to technology, there have been enormous advances in communications and many other fields of human achievements. Computers help us make routine operations more accessible and quicker, help to save our time, providing an opportunity to make operations or work distantly. Conversely, without understanding how to deal with new instruments, there is a high probability of getting problems instead of advantages.

In the past, lectures were used as a way of teaching large numbers of student, but now with the development of technology for education, many people think there is no justification for attending lectures. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Over the past decade, lessons were used to educate on class with numerous of alumis. However, at the present time with the improvement of technologi for teaching, a lots of people believe that they do not have to participate in amphitheater anymore. From my point of view, I partly disagree that people think learning through digital platforms is better than attending in class for some reasons below.

Organizations are unique in their self, this is not to say that they are independent, but that their guiding principles adapted by their employee varies in priority. As much as the mode of employee’s appearance and work qualities are relevant organizational values, my own opinion would be to give more preference to believe that will produce effective result considering organization objectives.

A person's worth nowadays seems to judged according to social status and material possessions. Old-fashioned value, such as honour, kindness, and trust no longer seem important. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Undeniable that people at present are judged based on social position and personal abundance, traditional and cultures such as integrity and humanity are being forgotten. To a certain extent, I would agree with the fact that people are valued based on their riches and condition these days, but I also believe that old-cultured still play an important part in our societies.
