In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation?

These days, choosing accomodation has always been a tricky question for many people around the world. In some countries, it seems very crucial for people to possess a home rather than hire an apartment. In my opinion, there may be several reasons behind this trend and whether this is a positive or negative situation depends on many different factors.

Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

It is widely said that most households have no habit of recycling; therefore, it is commonly believed that governments should make recycling mandatory. While the environment may benefit greatly from new legislation, it seems to me that it is not the only measure governments could take to eliminate the effects of waste on our living world.

It has been insisted that art plays a significant role in community as different traditional and cultural differences can be represented by art. Some people think that art should be introduced into school curriculam as main subject. I am more inclined towards this idea. However, more importance should be given to other subjects.

There is a popular tendency that well-known people tend to be famous due to their vivid attraction or well-offness instead of their work achievements and this can set a harmful example for young teenagers. In my point of view, I totally agree with this statement.

A certain number of people state that advertising is extremely successful at convincing them to purchase products while others opine that advertising is so ordinary that persons no longer show interest in it. The publicity gives a broad outlook of goods to be purchased by the public, however, the products advertised could be seen as deceptive. In my opinion, the benefit of advertisement outweighs the disbenefit.

In this contemporary worlds, it is argued by some that dialogue between co-workers is very important for a profit of foundations, while others some people support that other subjects are more important. I believe, communication is the most effective thing for the corporation's success.

Although being talented in sport can prominent our country and incentive for the economy. Notwithstanding the sporting event changes from time to time. The government should value funds from the general public that provide sustainable reputation and economic growth for the country such as education.

There is a large of people claim that the news stories present by these pictures are more effective than words. I partially agree with this view and this essay will present my standpoint.

It has been argued that sharing scientific research, business and the academic world data with limitations is better than open them publicly. I am partly agree with this statement and I will discuss my point in this following essay.

Foreign visitors should pay more than local visitors for cultural and historical attractions. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

It is sometimes argued that tourists from overseas should be charged more than local residents to visit important sites and monuments. I completely disagree with this idea. The argument in favour of higher prices for foreign tourists would be that cultural or historical attractions often depend on state subsidies to keep them going, which means that the resident population already pays money to these sites through the tax system. However, I believe this to be a very shortsighted view. Foreign tourists contribute to the economy of the host country with the money they spend on a wide range of goods and services, includingfood,souvenirs,accommodation and travel. The governments and inhabitants of every country should be happy to subsidise important tourist sites and encourage people from the rest of the world to visit them. One of the most significant issues that many people of today’s society are very concerned about is education. Some people believe that schools in all levels spend too much time on teaching facts rather than teaching practical skills. With the advancement of modern technology and medicine, science has reduced morbidity and mortality rate to a greater extend. People are delighted to have their loved ones beside them throughout longer generations. Parents get to see their grandparents for a longer period of time and families and nothing can be more fulfilling than getting a close friend , relative or family member during festive occasions and celebrations. The older generations are very important as mentors and world leaders as their countless experience learned from the past is priceless.

In my opinion, giving homework to school children is important the process of learning which help them to review their knowledge, practise the skill, and learn about responsibility. However, giving too much homework can also cause stress to pupils.

Some admission who are learning with teachers will be easy to understand rather than with themselves. In this case, I would be explaining perspective, why some recruitment would be excellent in their academics with learning together with their assistant.

Whether or not to allocate a budget to the development of art has always been a debated topic. While some support the need for sponsoring artists, others argue that the money is squandered and could be utilized for more meaningful causes. I agree that government should cease funding musicians, painters or poets and prioritize solving other important problems.

University education become an important part of learners today. The majority argues that authority should make higher-level education free to all regardless of their socio-economic background. However, I personally think that a large amount of government's money should be distributed among those with lower financial levels.

It is a debatable issue that many organizations are leaded by elder people, whereas others believe that youngsters also run the companies . I personally disagree with this statement because adults are inexperienced and sometimes they are not capable of making wise decisions.
