Many women now are lucky to find themselves in positions that they couldn't get to back in the day. There is no doubt that these days crime rate is increasing between the young people by horrible level. The question is, is the crime rate between children increasing because they do not receive the social and emotional learning, or there are other reasons can be the main factor for that?
