It is widely accepted that learning procedure has a high quality in the morning in comparison with other parts of the day. In this regard, while some have the opinion that school day should start very early in the morning, others believe that later time in the morning is the best. I, personally, agree with the former group and I will delve into my opinion in the following paragraphs.
