Many jobs require ongoing training and research to stay competitive in a world with rapidly evolving information and technology. Some believe that it is the responsibility of businesses to pay for this training for their staff while others feel it is up to the individual. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

While some argue that employees should pay for their professional pieces of training by themselves, others believe that employers must provide their staff with relatively up-to-date learning support. Although, self-education gives workers more freedom and flexibility in their future careers, I agree with the first opinion as on-work training courses provide workers with area-specific knowledge, as well as can be considered as an additional item in a benefits package, especially for entry-level positions.

Some people are of the opinion that the healthcare system should be allocated more consideration rather than other important areas by governments. I strongly agree with this idea mainly due to its effect on the standard of living in a country.

There are two categories of people who advocate that young population should have freedom in terms of selecting a career and take a pragmatic approach to future jobs. t is true that medicines and other products are routinely tested on animals before they are cleared for human use. While I tend towards the viewpoint that animal testing is morally wrong, I would have to support a limited amount of animal experimentation for the development of medicines.

Some people are of the claim that increasing the minimum legal age for drivers is the best way to improve road safety. Although I understand the logic behind this statement, I still finally disagree with this idea for some reasons which will be discussed below.

There is a heated debate between scientists, some of them remark that it might be a good idea to communicate with extraterrestrial beings on other planets. On the contrary, others mentioned that it must have deadly risks for human beings. I strongly agree with the latter opinion.

Advance in the economy is considered as the only way of tackling poverty in the world, meanwhile, other people think that economic developments affect nature negatively. Although these situations might help to solve community problems, damages to the environment are more than the benefits of an increased economy.

Plenty of individuals assume that some children are congenitally talented, while others lack the giftedness. In this essay l am going to discuss this issue by definition law and social problems, the contect between law and customs, the role of international organisations to solve the global challenges and finally the contribution of local councils to achieve justice in the developing countries.
