Some people think news has no connection to people's lives, so it is a waste of time to read the news in newspapers and watch television news programs. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

To argue with this topic, as we know, the news is a way to convey important messages or incidents from all around the world. In the early 19th century, most people receive their information from newspapers in spite of the advancement in technology not well developed. However, the news is an impact on our daily life. From the extent that I disagree with the ignorance idea with some people think about the news is irrelevant to connect in lives nowadays.

It is considered that commercial organizations are not favored to be financial contributors for scientific research, instead, government should be the one who fund for the research. In my perspective, government cannot have the ability to raise such tremendous fund likeprivate companies have been contributing for science.

It is thought that the latest technological advancement and digital book may take over the conventional newspapers and magazines. In my opinion, I strongly disagree the opinion because the poor network connections and lack of technical expertise of the public would minimise the chance to happen this in the foreseeable future.

Tobacco is definitely a drug unfortunately many people are free to use it however some people think it should be illegal. I believe that consumption of tobacco In any form should be prohibited. To support my opinion, I shall put some arguments below.

Nowadays, coworkers could have strong horizontal connections, but it also might affect their productivity. In fact, if employees have something in common and side activities only solidify their team, it might benefit your company in certain ways, from my point of view. However, we will try to discover the truth in the next few paragraphs. (We need sentence like this that I can remember and use on he exam)

Increasing the price of a petrol is the best way to solve growing traffic and pollution problems. To what extent do you agree or disagree? What other measures do you think might be effective?

It is argued by some that problems such as pollution and busy traffic shpuld be solved by dramatically raising the price of petrol. This essay completely disagrees with that statement. In my opinion, there are several better solutions to those problems, namely more intense use of public trasportation and the emerging of electric cars.

The child’s development is most important for human future. Some consider that parents play a vital role in children development while other contra-indict that television and friends have the most significant influence. In my opinion, both are the pillars of children development.

Renewable energy sources, such as solar or wind power, have become effective alternatives in recent years, so some people recommend replacing fossil fuels with them. On the other hand though, there still some who prefer to continue using fossil fuels, as they are cheaper. Both of these notions are logical, but arguments exist.

In the future, nobody will buy printed newspapers or books because they will be able to read everything online without paying. to what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is believed that the use of informative sources, such as newspapers and books will become extinct due to availability of all the information online for free. In my opinion, I agree with the argument that people will buy less printed books or newspapers in future, however, the traditional method of printed papers would not escape. Also, everything available online would not be for free.

It is considered by many that the government should grant funding for supporting artists namely painters and musicians, whilst others think those artists should be sponsored by different sources. In this essay, I will consider both sides of public opinion and provide my opinion.
