With the high development of technology and science, people have more and more opportunities to use modern internet facilities to keep in contact with other inhabitants around the world and update new information. From my perspective, I suppose these phenomenons have more benefits than drawbacks mentioned in this essay.

As the available job fields are getting more competitive, some undergraduate students have a strong desire to enhance their skills by learning other subjects which are related to their primary subjects. It is generally believed by some that the best way of learning is an in-person interaction class with a teacher in a classroom. And others claim that students can learn effectively through online classes. While online classes have the advantage of hurry-free attending classes, personally I am of the opinion that direct teacher-student interaction classes have a huge effectiveness on the students' understanding.

The benefits and drawbacks of playing video games have been the topic of many ongoing debates. There are groups of people who hold the idea that video games are safe and sometimes educationally beneficial. However, others believe playing video games has a detrimental influence on the players. Keeping everything in consideration, I believe that engaging in these games can be more harmful than advantageous.

It is argued by some that governments should cover the entire tuition fees for students who aspire to pursue higher education at universities. While I partially agree with this viewpoint, I believe that offering scholarships to deserving students is a more viable option for the government to invest in the future of their country.

Many countries have compulsory military service for young men after they leave school. It would be a good idea for all countries to adopt this system for men, and possibly for women too. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

It is a well-known law in a lot of countries that when young men reach a certain age, it is mandatory to join the military service after they finish school. The law also applies to young women in some countries. Personally, I think it is a good thing for the young generation to join military service and the countries should adopt the system as the younger generation will learn good life lessons while doing service.

Recently, there have been a lot of discussions about health and whether it is going to improve or not. In my opinion, I think that people will become unhealthier in the future than they are now. There are many reasons that support the idea of people becoming unhealthy in the future. Firstly, one reason is that of food. People tend to eat more fast food nowadays. They tend to treat themselves with sweets and chocolate whenever they want. This appears to be because people are busier now than they used to be. So, people don’t have a chance to cook or even learn the art of cookery. Also, having a lot of unhealthy food can lead to obesity and it could be a serious issue in the future. Another reason is that technology is developing everyday. Young people enjoy buying new gadgets and the latest devices.
