Some people say that humanitarian subjects such as philosophy, history and literature that people study in universities have no value for their future career. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement? Give your own opinion and relevant examples.

Every year, many volunteers attend universities to study humanitarian fields like history and philosophy. Some people argue that getting a degree in such fields could not benefit future careers. I agree to some extent with this notion. While there are a lot of benefits to studying these subjects, in some cases, it may not be helpful for people’s occupations in the future.

Some people argue that, in order to succeed in sport or music, kids should have inborn talents and abilities, while others believe that anyone can be trained in these fields and perform quite well. I believe that, while sport and music are beneficial for the general development of any child, outstanding results in these activities can be reached only based on both regular teaching and personal capability.

There is no doubt that these days about danger of hard drugs like heroin, cocaine, tobacco, and alcohol. There are a lot of administrations around the world have rules which ban the sale and utilize some of these drugs such as heroin and cocaine, but at the same time, they allow individuals to get some of these drugs like tobacco and alcohol. This leads to be misunderstanding of the difference between these drugs. In my opinion, all drugs have negative aspects, but these aspects are different in the degree of danger and people's ability to treat them in the future, I believe that this matter is suitable and fair.

While some argue that employees should pay for their professional pieces of training by themselves, others believe that employers must provide their staff with relatively up-to-date learning support. Although, self-education gives workers more freedom and flexibility in their future careers, I agree with the first opinion as on-work training courses provide workers with area-specific knowledge, as well as can be considered as an additional item in a benefits package, especially for entry-level positions.

t is true that medicines and other products are routinely tested on animals before they are cleared for human use. While I tend towards the viewpoint that animal testing is morally wrong, I would have to support a limited amount of animal experimentation for the development of medicines.
