In the era of fast-paced life, many people are struggling with stress and anxiety because of the pressure at the workplace to achieve targets ahead of time or the goals that they have set for themselves like financial stability before some time period, purchasing their own house, buying big cars, etc. Therefore, one of the recommendations to deal with stress is to take some breaks during the day and I completely agree with the suggestions. In this essay, I will discuss why breaks are important to fight this problem.
