One has to achieve numerous milestones in a lifetime, one of which is buying a house - more or less the most prominent feat. The major engenders behind this perception driven by tangible and intangible factors will be delved into in this disquisition, along with further evaluation on the impacts of this occurrence.

Most employees nowdays put emphasis on social skills . Some people believe that social skills are important in addition to good qualifications for job success. To what extent do you agree or disagree ?

Varied opinions have been put on the table when it comes to the hiring process of employees , so the decision needs to be taken wisely to fulfil the requirements of a company. However , some say that social skills are as vital as good qualifications for getting success in a job. In this essay , I shall fortify the notion with suitable arguments and necessary illustrations before citing my feasible conclusion.

In today's fast-paced life, technologies have been developed rapidly by various nations. A section of society believes that this trend is the reason for the disappearance of a way of life as well as traditional skills. I partially agree with the given statement. I will discuss the essay firstly, the reasons why traditional skills and life's way are died out, and why technology is not responsible for this phenomenon in the second paragraph.

In recent times, a plethora of youngsters are motivated to move and study abroad. It is often believed by some people that this trend would help in building up good international cooperation. However, I disagree with this argument, as I think that students go overseas to develop themselves, rather than think about their motherland's economic growth.

There is an opinion that the highly classified teacher is key to successful education. Supporters of the opposite view believe that students’ point of view also plays a role in reaching success. I concur with supporters of the first opinion for two reasons.

Some people always yearn for new experiences in life and are never afraid of trying new things. Others, on the contrary, are happy doing the same thing and living in the same place all through their life primarily because they do not like changes. This essay will discuss both these attitudes. Personally, I believe that a community that embraces changes and dares to try new things live life to the fullest.

Nowadays, educating younger generations about rights as well as wrongdoings constitutes one of the tasks that should be taken action as soon as possible. I, however, have a difficulty in determining whether fines must be handed out whenever these school boys and girls misbehave or go against it. This essay will discuss further this controversial topic with my suggestions.

In my opinion, an adventurous attitude like a journey and different dining gives more learning and pleasure than just following the familiar path.

Several parties believe that giving strict punishments to every road offender is one of the solutions to decline the number of road accidents. However, others think that developing the safe road is more effective. In my perspective, both elements are necessary to reduce the number of people who get the negative impact when they are driving.

Technology has always been a major topic of debate in all countries as it intervenes with the way of living. It dictates the quality of life and also acts as the educational guide for the nation.

In the modern world, school and university students suffer from a growing amount of pressure. As a result, they start working at an early age. Although students can earn more money if they commence working as early as possible, in my opinion, it should be viewed as a negative situation since students cannot acquire patience.

In the modern era , it is always handy to learn about the history of native as well as foreign land because both have an important role to play in the learning process. Therefore, I partially agree with the above notion that one should only read about local history.

Some people said that many cities today have experienced big traffic jams since the increase in car ownership over three decades later. I cannot argue with this statement as more society thinks that using a private car is more reliable than using any other transportation that leads to congestion in many cities and to prevent this, authorities need to make a campaign and raise taxes on cars.

Urban lifestyle leads to nutrition problems like consuming fast foods and processed foods. Poor diet and its consequences are common health problems in our society. Many people think that the government should subsidise healthy products to promote healthy eating habits, while some people argue that the administration should tax unhealthy foods. I will discuss both views in this essay and will provide my opinion.

Human beings have made progress over the course of several decades. Most successful inventions do not depend on complicated technology. Although recent inventions contain complicated technology, I agree with the given statement because well-known inventions that human beings had made are only composed of simple advancements.

In modern times, the demand for international as well as domestic air travel has tremendously increased. Furthermore, many countries fear that this may cause adverse effects on the environment. Therefore, proposals have been made to increase the taxes imposed on air travel as it is believed that doing so will encourage fewer flights. Hence, decreasing carbon emissions and resulting in achieving a cleaner planet. Sounds simple, right? Well, it's not that simple. I believe that this solution will not be sufficient to fix the problem at hand.

Nowadays, the number of people who are professionals increases. Although some people think that experts must work in the country where they learnt their jobs, others believe that there should not be any obligations to work in a certain country. I am inclined to believe that every people can choose to work in the areas where they want.

Parents are the most upbringing factor in the upbringing of a child. However, there are predominantly two contrasting views where a section of society claims that parents should narrate the stories to their offspring while others emphasize that kids can it's not necessary as they can read books, watch TV or movies by themselves. I am of the opinion that parents should tell stories to their little ones so that they are always on the right track.
