The issue of enforcing the law judiciously is engendered considerable controversies. While many might assert that punishment for each kind of crime ought to be fixed, others argue that it should be dependent on some agent like event-specific reasons and motive for the crime. I personally embrace the concept that we must consider all factors related to crimes when deciding for punishing an individual.

Although older people will have a high maturity level as compared to adults, I believe that innovative ideas and the latest skills or talents can only be found in teenagers. Therefore, I partly agree with this notion.
