In today's era, while the academic study is being done by plenty of students in many colleges yet there are some people who think that college should focus more on vocational training. I, partially agree with the statement as it will help them in their future pursuits as they will be gaining education in their own field. This essay will take into consideration both the points and state the valid reasons for the same.

In some nations, there is a tendency that individuals to prefer to purchase a private car, and it’s become normal to drive their own car for commuting. It’s sometimes argued whether the growth of private car ownership is favourable or unfavourable to nature. In my opinion, I do support the latter point of view.

Switching between the jobs for better career opportunities, this topic is becoming increasingly popular in today's world and has gained much more scholarly attention. Although, changing jobs on a regular basis does more harm than good or vice-versa is a debatable topic. This essay will discuss the reasons why this is happening in the modern era and will put forward several favourable practices for organisations to retrieve their employees for a longer time.

I, partially disagree with the statement as removing teachers from school will harm children's future to a great extent.

Housing shortage in cosmopolitan cities can be attributed to two main factors: insufficient supply of residentials areas and rapid surge of population. The government, having the highest authority, has a pivotal role in regulating supply of houses to citizens. Thus, I firmly believe it is only through government led movement that alleviation of the problem could be realised.

The government is indeed focusing to spend their resources on art. Most people thought that it was a waste of money, arguing the authorities should allocate their budget to the public sector. In my opinion, this argument is completely flawed and there is a reasonable argument to fund arts even more.

City life comes with benefits and drawbacks. The predominant side is variable from person to person. Main harm of city life is mostly health issues for some groups. Besides, most of the modern districts where wealthy crowd lives are surrounded by hazardous releases of chemical gases and elements.

Due to advanced technology, doing work or studying using computer technology become easy than a few decades ago.
