In some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. Why might this be the case? Do you think this is a positive or negative situation? Give reason for your answer and includes any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

Typically there are two types of homes commonly available nowadays which either belong to us or rental. In a certain century, owning a home compare to renting is very crucial for many people. However,for several people,they probably assume the rental home is the appropriate option for them. In my point of view, both have a positive and negative impact as it depends on people budget and the cost of the home to purchase and rental.

Some psychologist recommend that to overcome stresses in daily life we should do nothing at all for a period of time of the day. Do you agree or disagree?

As per medical experts opinion, in order to tackle the daily life problems and strains. One should spend a part of the day doing nothing. We strongly agree with the statement and we will discuss it below.

Today, majority of children are raised by their grandparents due to the fact that their parents are busy working. To what extent do you think that it affects the whole family?

Personally, I totally believe the merits of raising children by grandparents such as well physical and emotional growth of the kids and increased life expectancy of elderly outweighing the negatives such as detrimental child parents relationship.

1.Some people believe that countries should produce the food to feed their population themselves and import as little as possible. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

A share of individuals thinks that countries should manufacture the foodstuff by themselves to feed their people and bring it as little as possible into a country from abroad. From personal perspective, I moderately disagree with this statement because of two major reasons. This essay will discuss drawbacks using local foods and give strong examples to demonstrate points and prove arguments.

Government investment in the arts, such as music and theatre, is a waste of money. Government must invest this money in public services instead. Do what extent do you agree with this statement?

Government support is indeed needed for every organization whether it is maybe for health, food or may it for entertainment all of these play a crucial role in everyone's life. Some people opine that the government should spend their funds on public services rather than in the arts. I agree with this notion to some extend. This essay will intend to explain both views in the following paragraphs.

In many countries today, crime novels and TV crimes drams are becoming more and more popular. Why do you think these books and TV show are popular? What is your opinion of crime fiction and TV crime dramas?

Literature is a broad area to talk about as it includes different genres, crime is one of them. Nowadays, many novels and show are based on crime and getting more popular day by day. In this essay let's see the aspects of it's getting popular, as I believe which is good to make the community aware of such things at the same time it is affecting the growing children of our nation.

It is a positive thing for people who are in senior management positions in companies to have much higher salaries than other employees in the same company or organization. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is argued by some individuals that senior management shouldn't be paid higher salaries while others believe that the people in the management worth to be well paid as they are the brain of the companies. I also agree with this phenomenon and will present a logical explanation in this essay.

Some people believe that allowing children to make their own choices on everyday matters (such as food, clothes and entertainment) is likely to result in a society of individuals who only think about their own wishes. Other people believe that it is important for children to make decisions about matters that affect them. Discuss and give your opinion

Parents should allow their children to make their own choices and that makes them more independent and built a decision-maker quality in them. Whereas, some people believe that giving liberty to children to make their own choices will make them a selfish person. This essay will analyse both sides of the argument before arriving at a reasoned conclusion.

Vehicle-free days on which private vehicles are not allowed and public transport modes are suggested in the urban centre are now observed in many cities around the world. From my point of view, this practice brings more benefits than drawbacks.

In the last years, education has been deeply affected by technology. Distance learning programmes became a part of or a fully new format of how content is delivered. However, some people think that the presential education is better than online possibilities, and I tend to agree with them.

Some high schools have a requirement that students must complete a certain amount of volunteer work in order to graduate. What do you think about this type of requirement? Give details to support your opinion.

It is a prerequisite in several high schools that candidates must finish a definite number of unpaid service to achieve graduation. However, I would argue that, while it is helpful, it should remain a students’ choice.

Some parents believe children's leisure activities should be always educational, but others think it will cause more pressure on children. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

There is no doubt that today many people want their children to engage in certain education associated activities, however, I agree with the other part of society, who says such a situation could pressure some for the students. This essay shall discuss both the aspects along with some examples.

Tidy is one of the good habits in a human's life. Some section of people thinks that it is necessary to keep your home and office neat and clean. I agree with the above fact and my reason for my inclination are articulated in the following paragraphs.

There is a controversial question about whether young people are qualified enough to take significant governmental positions or not. From my point of view, these positions should be reserved for capable candidates, regardless of their age.

During university education, several people prefer to stay away from their homes. However, I believe, it is judicious for them to stay with their parents and live a better life. In my essay, I will emphasize on the reasons that support my argument.

Some people think that graduation is the key to getting a great position in society, while others argue that work experience and soft skills development are even more crucial for a good job. Although practical knowledge is important for work, I believe that academic qualifications are essential for getting a high-profile profession.

It is certainly true that "A good photograph will save tons of words".That's why televisions and newspapers are representing more pictures on their new stories to save time as well as it conveys the facts correctly. Also, there are people who believe that pictures are the best way to convey the news.However, I believe that the pictorial representation of news stories will save time and convey the facts clearly to the auditions.

Some people say that advertising encourages us to buy things that we really do not need. Others say that advertisement tell us about new products that may improve our lives. Which viewpoint do you agree with?

Advertising plays a vital role to motivate people to buy a product that we do not require. While others believe that commercials help to enhance the knowledge of the product and services. According to my opinion, I agree that the advertisement is an efficient and effective technique to promote goods services and ideas. However, I also believe that children can easily be influenced by advertisements.

Rain forests play a vital role in preserving the wildlife as they provide the livelihood to different variety of species. Nowadays, destruction of the rain forests is becoming a major concern and this results in damaging the life of wild creatures, as well as the life of humans. I agree with this notion as there are several examples in the recent past and in this essay, I will examine how the deforestation is creating huge problems.

Nowadays, health issues in individuals are significantly rising due to the excessive consumption of junk meal. This essay agrees with the fact, it is now imperative that the government should intervene and start levying a heavy tax on junk meals and other alcoholic beverages. This essay will discuss how increasing taxes on such items would result in betterment of healthy lifestyle.
