It is considered that graduating from university offers the best chance of finding a rewarding career, while others argue that having real-world experience and interpersonal skills are more valuable. In my opinion, I think that both of these aspects can help a person to find a great job, and the optimal choice depends on the specific career a person interested in.

Spoken communication is always more powerful than written communication. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is believed that written communication does not hold as much power a spoken communication does. I partly agree with the given statement. I think both types of conversations have equal importance in our lives.

In many parts of the world, people are relying more and more on prepared food from grocery stores and restaurants because they are too busy to cook at home. This a bad idea because home-cooked food is much better for. To what extend do you agree or disagree?

It is true that our society is facing a rush era where time is a precious and rare tool for many. With this trend, the food market for fast and prepared foodstuff has been increasing a lot and attracting many consumers due to the easy features that these products provide. However, this type of food contains substances that can be dangerous for health. I strongly agree with the idea that homemade snack is much healthier and should be encouraged by healthcare workers.

It is believed by some people that managers should take all the decisions of a company. I think employees are also an important part of the organisation and their contribution should not be ignored. Employees must be given an equal chance to make decisions.

A large population experience challenges when they are required to address a gathering therefore some people argue that this technique needs to be part of the school curriculum. I strongly concur that the proficiency should be taught in schools and I will use this essay to elaborate the importance while providing the reasons for supporting the view.

For some individuals going to the movies has lost its purpose, since now we can watch films on our digital devices. Others argue that they should be watched in a cinema in order to get the full experience. This essay discusses both sides of this argument and then I will give my own opinion which is that it is better to watch movies in a movie theatre.

As human’s lifespans have greatly increased, many retired seniors suffer from financial issues. While some people argue that each citizen should prepare provisions by themselves to mitigate this problem, but I believe that governments should have responsibility for this.

A wide range of people believes that newcomers of a country should have to be respectful to their host by following the local culture. Others have a different perspective that the host needs to be flexible by accepting new behaviour and culture. In my opinion, both views can be true.

In this tech-savvy era, there is a colossal upsurge in the trend to see the individuals discussing that it is important to travel abroad to learn their culture and lifestyle. Whilst, others claim that it is not necessary while the internet has a myriad of information to learn about other nation. Thereby, I agree with the latter viewpoint, and in this essay, I shall explain both sides of the argument by analysing it.

Technology has impacted different realms at an enormous rate. Some people opine that libraries have become obsolete due to the availability of learning resources on the internet whilst others have contrast viewpoint. Although internet contents are updated, I believe library provides an environment to study.

Women empowerment leads to more working ladies. Some people opine that children from families which have both parents working are enjoying the benefits of better income whilst others have contrast viewpoint. Although family income increases, I believe children become dull and sensitive.

Many high-level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

In the first world countries,most of the top-level positions in the corporate sectors are occupied by males even when the percentage of female employees is greater. It is claimed by many that some of these top-level positions should be reserved for women workers due to many reasons. However, in my opinion, hiring must be done on basis of education, work experience so that it is justified, not on basis of gender.

The significance of historical study has always been a debatable matter, as a group of people believe that studying about the past and older generations do not have any fruitful outcome for the present generation. This essay will discuss why people have such belief and why I partially agree with this notion.

In this modern era, purchasing of goods is considered as a leisure-time activity for many consumers in comparison to the past times. In my opinion, it is not a positive activity as individuals spend money on products which is of no use to them leading to wastage of their money.

The corporate world is now taking due care of their staff members for better and qualitative productivity. Henceforth, seeking interview candidate personal details such as an area of interest and activities they prefer to do in their spare time or even about their marital status, is a common trait in today’s world. It is still debatable that this data is indeed important and needed for the purpose or not. This data is irrelevant in the case of interviewees because an organization has no effective use of their personal data, on the other hand, if they start working with the group, then it is vital for a business to develop the feeling of attachment and receive quality task assignment from them. In my opinion, the usefulness of these inputs from candidates depends on their future with the company.

It is irrefutable that, international tourism becomes the largest industry of the world. A certain segment of the Society believes that and international tourism occurred anxiety between masses of a distant culture. While others perception is that international tourism doesn't build a strong bond between them. I agree with this statement that international tourism creates tension than make better understanding. I would like to explicate about it into the upcoming paragraphs.

The need to buy newspapers or books will come to an end in the future, as people will be able to read online whatever they wish to, without spending any money. I strongly agree with this prediction because the trend of purchasing hard copies of reading material has significantly reduced over the past few years to save paper. Moreover, it is easy to access these document resources without paying for them.

Nowadays, many people still have an occupation even after reaching retirement, and whilst some find this situation common others consider it totally unnecessary. I somewhat agree the best option would be to not keep working when one is elderly, but in most nations, the amount paid for retirement is not enough to pay all personal bills.

In this fast-paced world, stress has become a common factor among every individual's lifestyle. In order to treat such disorders, psychologists suggest staying calm and idle for a few hours in a day. From my standpoint, I agree with the above statement because contributing a few hours from our busy schedules would benefit us in the form of good mental health.
