It is very crucial for many people to own a house rather than to rent it in many countries. I agree with this point of view as owning property makes you and your family feel more secure in society. I think this is a positive situation and this essay will discuss the points supporting this.

Nowadays, many people use the Internet to get medical advice instead of going to see a doctor. Why is this? Do you think it is a positive or negative development?

In the contemporary era, the Internet is used to diagnose medical conditions rather than going to the hospital or the clinic. It is a possible reason that people are able to reduce the chance of contagious infection of viruses and save time. I consider that this online solution is a positive method of diagnosis for the patients.

Some people are convinced that living in a city is better than the village, whereas others consider living in the countryside is more beneficial than city life. Each life has its own benefits and drawbacks but I have a view that country life has a good impact on the health of people also bringing them being closer to nature.

In this essay, I will examine some benefits from it by showing how this can leverage a country culture whereas why it may also bring some downsides as the increase in the traffic jam.

There is a popular belief that we do not have to visit everywhere to know about their culture. In fact, in the era of the internet, this information which is available through books, movies and online videos is unlimited. I partly agree with this point of view.

There are many different criteria by which a job applicant can be selected but in today's world interview is the primary form of selecting candidates for most big companies. Some people believe that it's the right way to go ahead but some people disagree and feel that an interview is not at all feasible and should consider other methods. In my opinion, I disagree that an interview is not a reliable method, and other methods are better. I believe that it is reliable, but there are many other methods which are equally good and the choice is on the recruiter as to which one they find suitable as per their needs.

Exploring the outside world beyond the earth has been one of the greatest work of mankind. There are views related to it,that exploring the space is a necessity for future generations. However,there is some contradiction to same, saying if we don't find any necessary outcome as part of it,it's not a useful exploration.

It is argued if it is more relevant to protect the countryside instead of building new homes there to those who need it, even being the only available space. Social help should be encouraged among youngsters. The few institutions should encourage social work among pupils to help retired or differently-abled people. This will not only teach minors about their moral duties to the society but also assist them to be a good human being in future and having said that, it must be a part of their course content because this will allow them to feel more involved in these activities.

It is generally believed by many parents that children have a lot of spare time in a day which they should devote to studying for their classes. In my view, studying is important but spending time away from books is very essential for the development of a child's mind as not all learning comes from books.

In this contemporary era, the bond between parents and children is going a bit worse than the past life. While a set of people believes that parents should read out stories for their children, others believe that modern technology like TV and movies can replace them. Personally, I strongly believe that storytelling of parents games about three friends as it plays a vital role in children's development.

English is an international language, and today, we need it in every profession. There are many ways to learn this language, like joining institutes, watching English movies, reading newspapers. However, I think the best way to learn it is by practising with a native speaker. I will be discussing the benefits of communicating with the native teacher in the upcoming paragraphs.

It is often asserted that the latest fashion trends are more followed by teenagers, and a few people perceive this has detrimental effects on them and society as a whole. Despite being unacceptable to a section of society, I vehemently agree with the notion and believe that their desire for the latest fashion would put undue pressure on parent’s budget, and society as a whole lose its norms and values.

It is an irrefutable fact that reading has more benefits than any other sources of educational but, many individuals believed that videos or television beat the reading in today,s time. I totally agree with the second view. In this essay, I would shed light on both sides and justify my view.

In some countries an increasing number of people are suffering from health problems as a result of eating too much fast food. It is therefore necessary for governments to impose a higher tax on this kind of food. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

People of many countries believe that eating too much fast food is deteriorating health of many people day by day, so the government should levy more tax on that kind of food. Although this might be a prevalent conviction among some people, my perspective is that imposing high tax will not serve any purpose to rich people who can find other substitutes of that to eat.

Many government officials are in favour of charging entry fees at museums, while others think it should be free of cost. In my opinion, the merits of charging people are more as compared to making admissions at museum free. This essay will decipher my standpoint on the advantages of having a stipulated fee which ultimately results in security and maintenance and helps in generating revenue for the government.
