Hiring has always been a complicated and challenging, some companies argue that they need creative and fewer resources workers so that their project can be achieved before the time. There is another view of companies that they require people who can do a job in a company in a smart way to get their goal. This essay will state both points of views.

Rich countries often give money to poorer countries, but it does not solve poverty. Therefore, developed countries should give other types of help to the poor countries rather than financial aid. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Developing nations have frequently received financial aids from wealthy countries to curb poverty but the issue could not be resolved. Hence, instead of donating money, developed nations should focus on helping them the other way around. This essay completely agrees with this view and I intend to justify it in the following paragraphs.

In the present world, countries are facing exponential population growth, leading to an increase in demand for housing facilities to accommodate people. In my opinion, new housing development should undergo at the outskirts of the cities as such constructions would be futuristic and beneficial for individual growth.

Education is considered as a fundamental element for assessing national development. However, evidently, urban students appear to be more accessible to higher education than their rural counterparts. That’s why setting a lower entrance standard to universities for far-flung people is believed to promote the educational system. I partly agree with this view; while it could create some positive outcomes, but not an optimum solution.

In my opinion, the university should offer these courses because these can beneficial for some students ,but there are few demerits also.
