Some people believe that to give opportunities to the new generation companies should encourage high level employees who are older than 55 to retire. Do you agree or disagree?

Some people argue that for the younger generation to get more chances to grow, senior management should be encouraged to retire at the age of 55. Whilst I believe of the older generation’s valuable experience, I agree that allowing the youth to lead is beneficial to the organizations themselves.

Some people believe that children’s time outside of school should be filled with scheduled activities such as art and music classes and sports. Others feel that children need free time to play and relax. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

There are people who think that children’s time outside of school should be dedicated for scheduled activities. Whereas, there are those who think that is important for children having free time to rest and play. I believe both of these views are valids and convincing. This discussion will be the topic of this essay.

There is an increasingly popular belief that celebrating public events and festivals is wasteful in time and money? However, I find myself in complete disagreement with this opinion because they are vital for a country’s customs and traditions.

These days, mastering several languages is becoming more and more popular due to several reasons such as the Internet with its limitless world. Some people think that learning another language is related only to a job or travel. However, others believe that language is wider than the concept of work. New houses are needed in most of the places, however, the only place that builders can build them is in the villages. The minority of people suggest it is more significant to protect the countryside and not to do any changes there. From my perspective, it will be better to build new apartments, which will help the hundreds of needed people, than staying as empty space. This essay will discuss this issue by using examples to support arguments and demonstrate points.

Health is an ornament, which if stolen, can make a king into a pauper. A healthy lifestyle is subtly linked with a healthy diet and proper physical exercise. Majority of medical practitioners have mentioned that the current lifestyle of people does not include physical workouts. This issue is of grave concern as a lack of exercise leads to many health issues and needs to be taken care of the fruitful living. Many are of the view that children must play more outdoor games rather than video games. In my opinion,it is true because, being outdoors helps one to developmentally and physically as well as, video games are addictive in nature.

There is no deniable that people will feel more achievement if they pursue only one profession and remain loyal to it for living. In my opinion, however, this is true that people who found out their satisfactory career from a young age. Otherwise, we can still find vacation suitable by taking up multiple careers and improve a variety of skills.

It is always evident that many educational institutions allow pupils to do some kind of internship or volunteer work during the part of their course studies. Some experts believe that this kind of unpaid job can be useful for the students as well as they can contribute to the local societies. I somehow agree with this statement but it also does has some serious drawbacks which need to be taken into consideration.

Nowadays, there is a heated argument for the increased amount of people eating unhealthy food. Parenting has become more challenging these days compared to a few years ago. This is due to the overwhelming information on nurturing and developing their sons' or daughters' behaviour. Punishing children, as one of the ways, is debatable. Although many argue that punishment is the better approach, I believe in a balanced way would help more in their overall development, and the benefits of it will be covered in this essay. Firstly, if parents are so strict with their young and punishing them for their every wrong-doing, there are no ways children could explore further.

Many argue that people should act in accordance with the culture of the place they are visiting, It seems the more most apt thing to do while on vacation. Nowadays, it is argued by some people, that the young generation has freedom concerning the choice of their forthcoming course, whilst the others believe that young people have to be more realistic in their walk of life. It is undoubtedly, that the prospective occupation is a very important issue for everyone, and when the society and the media relentlessly say that we are free to choose whatever professional life that we want, but on the other hand the economic situation dictates it’s own rules and needs – it is easy to understand why so many young people are confused in their choice of professional life.
