The advancement of filmmaker equipment has made low budget movies become more popular. I believe it is a great trend in the film industry because this brings new ways of making movies.

Standardization has become a key feature for any business working globally. From having standard ways and tasks to complete, to have a uniform to be worn during the trial hours everything has standardized. In the forthcoming paragraphs, I will shed some light on the pros and cons of putting on the dress at work along with my own belief.

Smoking, since its inception, has attracted positive and negative attention. For those who like smoking, they have made an informed decision to continue with the habit. Some people argue that for the younger generation to get more chances to grow, senior management should be encouraged to retire at the age of 55. Whilst I believe of the older generation’s valuable experience, I partially agree that allowing the youth to lead is beneficial to the organizations themselves.

In my point of view, I think E-book is the best method for encouraging the youngers to learn reading.This essay will argue both perspectives.
