In many countries around the world, rural people are moving to cities, so the population in the countryside is decreasing. Do you think this is a positive or a negative development?

It is said that the number of suburbs population has decreased since people are moving to the urban areas. This phenomenon could not be separated by the convenience that the city offers. However, I do think that this movement can cause several damages in the rural circles of life which will be discussed below.

Some people choose a career, according to the social status and salary it will give them. Others choose a career, according to whether they will enjoy the work. Deciding a profession is an important milestone in our life. It is evident that a part of people select their job according to their social status and remuneration meanwhile other parts of individuals choose the profession in which they enjoy and satisfaction. I think both these play crucial roles in choosing a career. However, I personally believe that selecting an endeavour according to our enjoyment would be the best way.

Health is one of the most fundamental rights of human beings. Some people argue that consuming a healthy menu is a personal authority, while others believe that the authority should lend a hand to monitor it. This essay will discuss both statements and why I side with the latter.

Nowadays, overweight among kids is a pressing issue that must be addressed. In this context, more and more kids are experiencing obesity, which has the potential to cause health issues and increasing costs for hospitals and doctors. The purpose of this essay is to present the reasons for this issue and some solutions to reverse this scenario.

In the future, nobody will buy printed newspaper or books because they will be able to read everything they want online without paying. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Some predict that in the years to come, printed media, like books and newspapers, will no longer be purchased by the masses as accessing them via illegal pirate websites is becoming increasingly common. This essay somewhat agrees that there will be a decrease in purchasing printed material because of its high prices as well as the popularisation of using illegal pirate sites, but also argues that people will still continue to purchase printed media as a form of appreciation towards the authors making them.

It is true that increasingly celebrities are more famous for their external conditions, such as good-looking, beautiful shape, fashionable wearing and wealth rather than the achievements that they have . I highly agree that there undoubtedly be some negative consequences of this trend for ordinary people and the younger generation.

The families used to be large and extended back then until the 2000s when people realized core family establishments are more viable structures given the various modern challenges. Nowadays, people do not prioritize compound families over nuclear ones once as they did. I totally agree with the given statement due to the reason that society has been tremendously eroded by the newly introduced values that have separated people from each other and compelled them to act selfishly.

The importance of various subjects has been always a controversial discussion, in this case, some have argued that historical documentaries should be considered a priority in education, whereas some opponents believe that scientific and technological efforts have higher levels of efficiency. In my opinion, both subjects are necessary factors for a society’s progress.

Some say that taking more personal and professional risks is crucial to living a fulfilling life. In contrast, others argue that it’s much safer to limit taking risks and lead a stable and predictable life. This essay will argue that the advantages of taking risks far outweigh the drawbacks. This essay will first discuss that, through risk-taking, people can open doors for new opportunities and enhance their critical thinking skills, followed by an analysis of how its primary disadvantage, the possibility of failure, can be easily aided and should not hinder people from taking risks.

It is argued that if the government provides more public transportation and lowers ticket prices, this will lead to a dramatic decrease in vehicle pollution in a city. I fully agree with the statement because I think using public transportation is one of the ways to improve environmental health.

Due to the development and rapid expansion of supermakets in some countries, many small and local business are unable to compete. Some people think that the closure of local business will bring about the death of local communities. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Recently, many countries have enforced the growth of supermarkets to provide their people with an easy way out to buy groceries in just one single place. Nevertheless, this form of expansion often pushes back the development of small businesses because there is no gap for the locals to compete with the bigger ones. Although there are many different opinions have been said about this matter, I agree that the downfall of local businesses can negatively affect the lives of local societies around them.

Sometimes businesses do not care about people's health and the only intention they have is to increase profit. Despite some people's voting for trade liberty, I firmly believe that harmful food and drinks must be forbidden from sale.

In today's digital era, smartphones have become ubiquitous, sparking the debate about whether their benefits outweigh the drawbacks. In my opinion, if a smartphone is owned by an individual, it will have more advantages such as personalized learning models and convenient communication than drawbacks of phone addiction.

The most important aim of science should be to improve people's lives. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Science is the backbone of technology and innovation. The target point for science is to make individuals live better. In my view, I strongly agree that upgradation, innovation and technology ease the living of people. Although, surpassing the reach of science human beings can also have negative consequences, until then they enjoy convenience and comfort, time efficiency, comparatively less labour intensive and make the nation stronger.
