Nowadays, it is becoming common for people to buy a home rather than rent one. In my view, this trend should be perceived as a positive situation for two main reasons.

Nowadays, people primarily pay attention to business, technological and scientific advancement rather than to visual or performing art due to the modernizing of human values. I am inclined to believe that such a situation is caused by capitalistic progress, undermining the significance of global cultural heritage. Therefore, this essay will explore some reasons associated with the concern and discuss possible solutions.

In some countries an increasing number of people are suffering from health problems as a result of eating too much fast food. It is therefore necessary for governments to impose a higher tax on this kind of food. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion? Undoubtedly, a basic necessity of life is food. However, with the ongoing trend, the habits which are relating to food are changing at an alarming rate. Owing to a modern trend, health-related hurdles are occurring, and one of the solutions can be imposed taxes. I agree with the statement on behalf of some reasons which I will discuss in the next paragraphs.

It has been said that this is the best time in human history for living. I strongly agree with this statement because technological advancements have made our life a lot easier than ever before. Apart from this, I will suggest another period of time that would be interesting to live in.

A large number of nations evolve the standard of living by development of economy although under no circumstances would the prospect of the loss of social values be overlooked. I firmly believe that the benefits of this notion are superior to its drawbacks since it makes the financial status stable among people and launches them on the path of a healthy mind. However, it may deteriorate and break relationships between individuals.

Being engaged with books to any extent has been appreciated by individuals for hundreds of years. Although some people assume that reading regularly is efficient, I wholeheartedly subscribe to the fact that in order to build reading as a habit, one should initially create a bond with the desired source.

One of the social concerns today relates to employer's environment. While it is commonly suggested that employers should ensure a pleasant working environment so that workers feel valued and will therefore work hard, others feel that employers should be stricter with employees and monitor them closely to ensure they work hard. In my opinion, to ensure that employers can work hard, we need to have both of the above factors.

Society, however, is more accepting of those with physical than phychological illnesses or disablities. The letter being regarded as a 'taboo' subject sometimes. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is often said that the society favours physical disabilities over mental disabilities. In short, the world today considers any discussion surrounding mental health to be a 'taboo' topic. In this essay, I will explain the reasons why I completely agree with this statement. I agree that people with mental illnesses are heavily judged and discriminated against in society.

When traveling around the world you may have noticed that every museum has its own admission policy, some have discounts for students or seniors over 65 and others do not. In this essay, I will outline how charging people for exhibits may have benefits such as helping museums to afford renovations and make showrooms more appealing to visitors, but also drawbacks, for example, in what manner this may discourage young people from visiting an exposition.

While some maintain that in recent years, the authority has incurred substantial expenses on travelling to outer space, others reject this notion, believing that it is essential for the development of humanity. To my mind, both sides have their valid points.

It is true that all vehicles will be without drivers in the future. The people would be passengers rather than drivers. I personally believe that the merits will outweigh the demerits and I will explain all the reasons afterwards.

Nowadays, people across the globe are able to purchase similar products anywhere in the world and this is making the countries more and more likewise. In my opinion, this is a negative development for the country because it reduces the cultural values and economic growth.
