This essay discusses both sides of the argument and why I believe that punishment is dependent on not only the actions, but also the motive and background back then, although the same consequence deserves only one method of judgement.

Some people believe that it is majorly gained through books rather than practical knowledge. It is agreed that one should be able to learn and gain a better understanding only after applying it practically. It’s considered that, punishing children at a young age helps to teach them how to distinguish between right and wrong. I agree with this opinion. There must be a way to correct a child’s behaviour and, punishment is applying an effective means.

Government do not have enough money to build up both railways and roads, so some people say the government should spend money on a train rather than roads. In my opinion, although built railway can bring some advantages I do not agree with this view because it will cause some emotional problems in some urgent conditions.
