In Some countries, owning a home rather than renting one is very important for people. What might be the case? Do you think this is a positive or a negative situation?

Many people in different countries prefers to buy a house instead of renting an apartment or a villa. This could be because of the convenience of owning a house where you can do all your activities without fear. I believe this as a positive scenario due to the financial concerns of renting a villa.

In the future, nobody will buy printed newspapers or books because they will be able to read everything, they want online without paying. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

In the coming days, people will prefer to read articles, news, or fictions from the internet rather than printed newspapers, magazines, or books. This essay completely disagrees with the above-mentioned statement. Because the feel of reading from the book or from the paper is entirely different compared to that of reading from smart devices. Also, the strain to eyes must be considered while choosing the mode of reading.

These days, risk is one of the most crucial factors in parts of people's lives. If people take any vital risk with a careful decision, it will make their lives better. In my opinion, the benefits of taking risks outweigh its disadvantages and reasons with relevant examples will give in this essay.

A section of society holds a belief that the government need to consider providing medical aid free of charge to people. While others believe that the authorities have no desire in sponsoring better medical amenities, as well as some opine that education and culture need to be more prioritised by the government. In my opinion, the government needs to invest more in medical care rather than other sectors as not everyone can afford to go to private hospitals.

Their preference for accessing knowledge online for free rather than purchasing newspapers or books is a result of the internet era.

There is no denying the fact that the main purpose of learning a foreign language is debatable. From my point of view, although crime nowadays can become harder to deal with, some measures could be taken to reduce the crime rate.

Advertising has become a significant aspect of business competition, and it is popular for companies to advertise their products by presenting them as innovative commodities. From my point of view, it is reasonable for businesses to promote their goods in such a way, while I think this phenomenon could be a negative development.
