Some people think that new houses should be built in the same style as older houses in an area. Others believe that local councils should allow people to choose different designs for their houses. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Certain people believe that new buildings should be constructed in the same design as already existing apartments in an area, whereas others argue that the public should be free to choose models for their houses. In my view, people should consider the style of an area while constructing new houses. In this essay, I will discuss both sides and explain why I support the first view.

In modern society, some people argue that schools become unnecessary as children can study at home via the Internet. Do you agree or disagree?

Nowadays, many populations believe that academy are the biggest role in children's life. While others support that schools don't require modern society to learn anything. In my opinion that learning something at school is a vital factor for pupils and also, I will explain my reasons in this essay.

It is a commonly known fact that a high quantity of the currently produced food and beverages contains an extremely important amount of carbohydrate, which is proved to be bad for the well-being of human beings especially if consumed in high quantities. I personally am of the opinion that increasing the price of these products could lead to a lot of benefits both for the health of people and for the funds of a country.

Purchasing a house, no matter it is new or old, is such a huge expense in human life. Some people think the goal of their life is to own a house so that they do not need to spend money on renting a room or apartment. As far as I am concerned, I disagree with this concept and I think it is a negative phenomenon in our society.

This essay will state reasons for agreement on the topic and some points regarding why this should not happen.
