In a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

Some argue that a country should invest in building railway lines so that there will be the fastest train between cities whilst others say it's important to expand the present public transportation. This essay will discuss both views before giving my opinion.

Nowadays, the most common parts of sales are well-known for great advertisements power while others consider that it is not available for consumers. Personally, I firmly agree with the first thesis, people should believe in the power of ads otherwise, therefore, products are sold out at the same time.

Printed newspapers or books will not be bought by anybody in the future because they will be able to access everything that they want online without having to pay.To a lesser extent, I agree with this statement, however, not everyone likes to use the internet and not everything online is for free.

In the future, a new technology will be applied to vehicles to be driverless, which includes public and private transportation. That means there will be passengers only using these vehicles. However, the drawbacks of this particular technology outweigh the benefits due to a number of reasons. This essay will examine both advantages and disadvantages and provide a balanced opinion.

The precedence of renewable resources such as extensive use of pure drink which was always a hotly debatable topic has now become more controversial with many people claiming that it is beneficial to make crucial decisions to protect the demand and supply of rain. While critics reject this notion and argue that rain is a natural resource and should be available free of cost and without any law. In my, opinion the former proposition appears to be more rational. This essay will further elaborate my views for favouring the positive impact of regulation in line to control rain consumption and thus will lead to a logical conclusion.

Some individuals believe that schools should remove physical education and cooking classes to allow teenagers to focus on their major lessons. This can put on massive pressure on children as they must be successful academically. I totally disagree with the school canceling these courses. In my, opinion I firmly believe that such exercises should be essential in the curriculum activities of an institute so that wider civilization will be advantageous. This essay will further elaborate my pinpoints for favouring the conclusive impact of this trend and thus will lead to a logical conclusion.

In this regard, some people think that the significant environmental issue all this time is the extinction of various plants and animals; however, others believe that there are much more critical environmental complications. From my point of view, there are many environmental issues besides the extinction of some species of animals and plantations; however, this essay will discuss some relevant reasons behind both views reasonably.
