The question that the level of stress that employees experience in the workplace is a serious problem not only for them but also for employers is widely discussed today. Some experts believe that this problem must be solved quickly because it can lead to negative results for the whole company. There are several reasons to support this opinion.

Numerous people say that our earth's condition is worrying as a result of the extinction of particular species of plants and animals. Others argue that there is more an essential environmental issue to look such as climate change. In this essay, I will discuss both sides and show why I agree with the latter view.

Teachers play an important role in education Some people point out that teachers need to teach students disciplinary and ethical values. However, others state that teachers are only accounted for teaching students the subjects in the syllabus. I believe that teachers' roles should be complete and include both parts.

Due to its huge impact on quality of life, being overweight has become a major public health concern lately that could lead to lifelong diseases like diabetes. Some people argue that the best way to prevent this chronic illness is by actively doing exercise from a young age through sports lessons as a part of school curriculum. I personally agree if this scheme is applied, as it will build children's character as well as encourage pupils to love the sport from childhood.

Parts of the community anticipate it is vital to share data about scientific research , trading and education .By the way , another part of the community is negative about this fact, since some of the information is extremely vital and difficult to share without any restriction. However, most of this new and valuable data on these fields are the main factors that are necessary for facing the that we have to face as a world .On the other hand, most of the people in poor countries can not offer money for this vital information. It is commonly known that education is the key to success in life. However, certain people argue that graduating from higher learning is the most important way to find a great career while others think having worked before and growing in skills is better. A discussion about old heritage has always been immanent and permeative between intellectuals ,however, some individuals certainly assure that folk arts will disappear as modern technology will evolve since both are contradicting each other . Law and enforcement are crucial in maintaining the decorum of the community, and to enforce the same cops are trained and allowed to carry necessary gadgets. Carrying firearms is only for the protection of civilians and I completely disagree that it results in higher crime rates in the neighbourhood. In the below essay, I will justify the same.

Environment plays a major role in the development of people or not is debated widely all over the world in all social media sites and forums and some people consider their success and fulfilment in life were affected by the places where they grew up.In my personal ,thinking the above statement remains true for the majority of people but it is not the absolute requirement for the blissful carrier of people and going to elaborate in the next paragraphs.

In this 21st century, where time is of the essence, commute plays a vital role in pupils life. The Government is spending a lot of capital to provide good commute and transportation facilities to every household. I partially agree on spending cash only on constructing highways, roads or manufacturing vehicles but instead, Government should also focus on public transportation. The selection of students in schools has long been a contentious issue. A segment of people endorses that students should be chosen based on their educational talents. There is a controversial perspective heating a debate over whether providing public parks gyms in a newly planned town is necessary or building shopping malls for inhabitants is. Part of the society opines, that people should be engaging with different kinds of jobs while their working life and another part think when we are doing the same work , that will carry more benefits to the individual , their working place and the country. However , when someone is doing different kinds of jobs he will gain fewer skills and experience from one job. On the other hand , people who have engaged in one job will gain a lot of work-related experience and confidence. Since then , I will rather agree with the fact that people should be doing one specific job during their working life.

Nowadays, utilisation of public transport has rapidly increased. The debated view focuses on people pondering that spending a large amount of money on new railway tracks should be boomed. I believe that the former view has a more favourable side. Both the aspects along with my point of view are explained in the following paragraphs.
