It is argued that some individuals are born with talents, while others claim that everyone can be specialist if learned in an effective manner in various facilities like sports and music. As both viewpoints have merits, I tend to believe that all possess the same kinds of brains but what makes difference is the desire and hard work to expertise in a specific range.

From elementary to high school, The schools are not the place that students just get information about academical subjects. That is why the idea of removing non-academic subjects from the syllabus is completely wrong. Children are looked like a hard disk that has to be filled in this perspective.

Many nations worldwide now have imposed a ban on smoking in open. These kinds of restrictions are widely accepted and supported by large groups of people as inhaling smoke causes various kinds of diseases. In the present world, high technology plays an essential role to build a prosperity and harmony society. Some people believe that advanced machinery can help the community to reduce the crime rate, whereas some set of people disagree. Personally, I think this advancement can contribute to building a safer society.

The best method of teaching children at schools is always a relevant matter to be discussed. It is argued by some that individual-work on school projects is the best for students. Others, however, believe that teamwork is the most effective way. In my opinion, teamwork provides better results for children development but individual-format studies also have its benefits.

Modern society is continuously evolving and it is changing the concepts of the community as well. Getting married is a big step ahead to the adult world, making it one of the toughest decision in our life. The average age has increased, half a century ago had been around 22 years old while now is roughly 30 years old. However, the mean should not be a rule that everyone has to respect, instead,you can engage with another person whenever you feel to be ready.

It is irrefutable that air travel causes pollution and uses a lot of fuel, but I disagree that air travel should be restricted. I believe that restricting air travel would solve some problems but would lead to many other problems.

Nowadays, with the rollout of the web,we are facing a cultural transformation which changes all of our habits, including reading. I believe in the future there will be no one who will buy printed newspapers and books anymore.

Employees have a primitive role in any large firms,as they are known to be the Backbone of the firms. Testing one's ability is a must for any firm. Some segments of society believe, that having interviews are the best way to find new employees; some contradict them. I would like to delve my views in the upcoming paragraphs.

In this modern world, landing a job has become increasingly/more and more competitive, so the question of to stay or to leave a job has arisen as a thorny issue. In this debate, I take side with the idea that a secure job can very much exude satisfaction for the holder as compared to job hopping for some reasons.

Criminal activities are increasing rapidly worldwide and people are not afraid to cross limits to do a brutal offence. The major reasons behind such unlawful acts are failure of law and judiciary system in the country where the population thinks they are above law and can do whatever they feel is right. The motive can be anything from personal hatred against someone or just for fun. This essay will discuss the reason why is this happening and how can it be prevented in the first place.

There has been a remarkable increase in the number of people who advocate that meeting is the most convenient manner to find an employee for a vacant position in a company whilst others believe that appointing is much better in comparison to the first option which is sensible from my point of view. In this essay, I will delve into both sides giving examples and reaching a reasonable conclusion.
