Despite some merits this brings, I strongly support the argument that its detrimental impact on social connections is more, whose rationales will further be elaborated on in the following essay.

Women rarely occupy managerial posts in most workplaces even though they comprise more than half of the working population in developed nations. Although a rule to reserve some of the positions for females might seem to solve the issue, I believe that men and women should be allowed to compete equally for the posts in order to abolish gender equality.
