Some people say that cars are the best to use in cities while others think that bicycle are better. Discuss both sides and give your opinion?

There are two beliefs about transport options in the capital, car or bike. using cars in cities in contrast to riding a bicycle is a matter which has not ended with a single answer. both of them have their own pros and cons which we will discuss . I opine with the later view.

increasing number of people are choosing cosmetology surgery to improve their appearance. What are the reasons? Do you think is it a positive or negative development?

Some people go beyond the natural ways to change their appearance. Today, there is a huge demand for cosmetology surgeries which costs millions. Although some think it is important to change their appearance in the rapidly changing fashion industry, others think it is a waste of money and could bring many problems in the long run. This essay will discuss why such surgeries are not good for people though might be beneficial for certain groups.

Many major cities are facing a housing crisis as they cannot provide enough land for new buildings. Some local governments believe the problem could be solved by reassigning park land for residential development, because this land would be better used for housing. Do you agree or disagree?

Redistribution of land is proposed by some local authorities as a possible measure for the land shortage, especially in urban areas. According to them, land currently used for parks should be converted into residences. From my perspective, this is far from ideal since it could result in serious problems.

These days,thanks to the science and technology which have led producing fertilisers and developed agricultural machinery,societies are capable of producing food more than ever before.Many have an opinion that it has adverse effects on human health and communities.I somewhat agree with this idea for some reasons.

Nowadays, many companies assume that paying attention to innovations of the products provides a lot of benefits to sales management. In my opinion, I totally disagree with this statement. However,this perspective causes two main negative effects on the environment and clients.

In the contemporary era , there is a war of words regarding the belief that an individual should stay at secondary school until the age of eighteen.An equal number of people opines in favour of the notion, on another side others are hesitant about it.The following paragraphs would cast light on my personal perspective along with an apt example.I partially agree with the statement.

Some people think that people who choose a job early and keep doing it are more likely to get a satisfying career life than those who frequently change jobs. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

If asked whether choosing a job early and having a stable career or switching jobs frequently that experience more fulfilment, many would struggle to make the final choice. In my opinion, while job hopping has its own benefits, choosing a job earlier on and keeping it would provide people with a greater sense of fulfilment.

In our modern society, the development of economy and civilization cannot lack the contribution of arts because it brings a multitude of advantages to serve everyone. Some people believe that the government should invest money in other zones but from my point of view, the arts play an important in helping to develop the economy and civilization.

it has been argued that these days while societies provide distinct ways for people to weight loss such as specific diets or exercise plans, a large number of people hold the view that altering poor food accompanied by changing lifestyle should be placed prior to that. Personally, I believe that measures to have healthy food and manner of life should be taken first.

Throughout the history of mankind overseas travelling was an interesting thing, and a lot of individuals had fond of it. Though, the current health issues have become a reason to raise our eyebrows. A certain segment of individuals argues, that in the future, individuals will give up on foreign travelling and will be quite happy with exploring their own boundaries. I raise my hand to the folks who support this notion, and the following paragraphs will analyze two factors which contribute to the affirmation and my opinion.

To be labelled a ‘Work of Art’, a painting, sculpture or other art form should display certain qualities that are unique. However, over the past century there has been a decline in the quality of prize-winning artwork and it is now possible for quite ordinary pieces of art to be labelled ‘masterpieces ’ whilst true works of art pass unnoticed. Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

It is often argued that finding a true masterpiece of craft has become quite rare, while some less worthy ones are recognized as of great value. I belong to a similar school of thought, therefore, I second this opinion and completely agree with the unfair situation.

Nowadays famous and successful sports players can easily have more income than other individuals with different skills. Some people feel that this is fully fair while others think this is not the real justice that they want. I am going to elaborate on both of these points of view and in the ,end I will give my own opinions with relevant examples.

There are many artists who are earning less and hence they should get financial support from the government to continue their work. I agree with this because they help to protect the cultural tradition of the country and even represent us in the competitions. Transportation is one of the most important features for each country to progress. Although, some people believe the money should be invested to develop existing public transportation others think that it is essential to invest most of the budget to construct railways for very fast trains between cities. In my opinion, policymakers should allocate a lot of money to fast track, but they should consider other public transports
