Some people believe that men and women are equal and so women should be able to do any job they want.Others feel that men and women are not equal and therefore there are certain jobs which are not suitable for women.What is your opinion?

It is commonly believed that many ranges of occupations can be done by both females and males whereas some individuals assert that oodles of jobs cannot be done aspect of gender circumstances.In my opinion,a variety of works might be suitable for not only men but also women because of two valid and eligible reasons .

It is undeniable that the environmental crisis plays a crucial role nowadays. Few are of the opinion that the knowledge gained in any educational institution, from elementary schools to graduate colleges, does not suffice to face the realistic hurdles of life. I completely agree with the aforementioned statement. To begin with, teenagers do not possess any knowledge on how to interact with the outside world, apart from their books. Alongside, they are not taught how to solve a problem when faced practically, as they have always focussed on resolving the textbook issues.

Many companies request individual private data, like favourite pass time activities and passions. Few employees are of the opinion that such details benefit the organisation, while few others believe that it could be disadvantageous to the one disclosing the information. I opine that both the views have merits and demerits of their own and shall be discussing the same in this essay, and finally present my judgement that it is sufficient to share only specifics that are applicable to the role rather than any personalised points.

Some people think that having a set retirement age is unfair and certain workers deserve to retire and receive a pension at an earlier age. Although, the set retirement age is made from a perspective of maximum age people could still work in a good performance, but this will deny that some types of work are more demanding than others. Therefore, I agree that certain workers deserve to retire and receive a pension at an earlier age.

Some people claim that anyone can become a good teacher by learning through a good training course. Although a nice training class can, without doubt, make a great educator, the best course cannot turn them slightly better from what they currently are, such as people who have disabilities or people who are not compatible with certain things. As a result, I strongly disagree that anyone can be a good teacher with a good training program.

It is widely believed that universities are responsible to give knowledge and skills obligated for future jobs. However, there is another group of people who consider that higher education's purpose is giving knowledge needed for students but not for employers. To my mind, universities are supposed to do both: provide appropriate soft skills and teach paramount classes for a workplace. In this essay, I will elaborate on what should be included in a higher education program.
