In many societies these days, people are concerned about holding lives doing similar things and avoidance modification, while others suppose that innovation is for the better. This essay partly agrees with this perspective and will provide compelling reasons as well as examples to support it, before my conclusion will be reached.

Although we believe that we cannot consider the character of each person, it would be better to find the best way to reduce this act.

For some time now, there are dual opinions that some people argue that serious crimes must be corrected by violent punishments while others have counter-argument that each felony has different effects so that each should be considered case-by-case. In this essay, I will argue that serious punishments such as judicial murders are more efficient to prevent violent crimes but it would also make it entirely unethical.
