Some people think that all teenagers should be required to do unpaid work in their free time to help the local community. They believe this would benefit both the individual teenager and society as a whole. Do you agree or disagree?

Young adults disciplines and their work-life have always been a highly controversial issue. It is often argued that many hold the idea that occupying the adolescents ought to be compulsory regardless of the salary as it could bring both personal merits and social plus points. I partially agree and disagree with this statement for two main reasons. This essay will elaborate on these opinions.

An important amount of public money goes to cultural activities such as music and theatre. However, it is considered, by some, unnecessary and they think this fund should be invested in public services instead. I disagree that government investment in arts is a waste. This will be proven by analysing the important role which this sector is playing in the economy, as well as the encouragement of individuals’ creativity.

It has always been said that art is the reflection of the own society however it seems that field has been neglected for many years. In my perspective, art and music should be incorporated into our curriculum in order to educate our children at an early age and should be considered as a mandatory subject like maths and science.

There is no doubt that we are destroying our planet faster than ever. There occurs differences when it comes to defining the significant factors which affect the growth of adolescents. It is believed by most people that a child's development is influenced by surrounding factors such as journalism, western culture as well as friends, whereas others opine that in the upbringing of a toddler, family plays an indispensable role. I am personally inclined towards the second opinion.

As the global population rises so does the demand for oil and gas, which compels miners to explore new places on Earth to extract new resources. In contemporary settings, however, while I believe that they are beneficial for the increased number of cars and the human race as a whole, I do not agree that the remaining places in the world which are undiscovered should be exploited.

It is often said that the most effective method to evaluate a student's performance is formal examinations ,also work courses and projects are dissatisfactory means to accomplish this goal. Personally, I advocate the second view opposing the first owing to the fact that scientific knowledge builds up teenagers mental knowledge. Although home training has its advantages too.
