In many countries to day, crime novels and TV crime dramas are becoming more and more popular. Why do you think these books and TV shows are popular? What is your opinion of crime fiction and TV crime dramas?

It is an irrefutable fact that television and books are huge sources of valuable knowledge. Nowadays, It is believed by some that crime-related articles and TV shows have a big fan following. In this essay, I would shed light on some of the reasons which increasing the view list of these shows and justify my view.

In some countries it is thought advisable that children begin formal education at four years old, while in others they do not have to start school until they are seven or eight. How far do you agree with either of these views?

There is no doubt that formal education plays a prominent role in a child’s overall development. While some people believe that this should be starting at the age of four, others argue that this should start only when children are seven or eight years old. In this essay, I will discuss both these views and elucidate the reasons for my support for the former one.

Over time, the number of people migrating from poor to rich countries to fill vacancies in specialist areas of engineering, computing and medicine is growing. while some believe that by encouraging of this movement of such job seekers, rich nations are stealing those people from poor countries, there are others who feel that this is only a part of the natural migration of workers across the world. Although I fully disagree with the idea that rich nations are stealing from poor countries, this essay will discuss both views.

In Britain, when someone gets old they often go to live in a home with other old people where there are nurses to look after them. Sometimes the government has to pay for this care. Who do you think should pay for this care, the government or the family? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

In the United Kingdom, when a person reaches his or her retirement age, they often move to an old age home and their needs will be taken care of by someone. The government often pay for this care or by their own children. In my opinion, the nation is liable to take care of their citizens, even though they have their own sons or daughters and hold responsibility.

Nowadays, we are leading a busy lifestyle and do not have time for our favourite pastime. It is believed by a certain group of people that in order to lead a joyful life, we need to adapt hobbies which must be demanding and challenging. However, I believe that leisure time can be either difficult or relaxing depending on the individual’s lifestyle.

In this essay, I will discuss both these views and give my opinion in the end.
