It is believed by a few individuals that long working hours contribute towards the success of a nation's economy, but as a ,result it causes destructive social development. In my opinion, legal requirements play a crucial role, however, it is not enough to improve recycling practices. This essay explores the extent to which legislation is needed to encourage greater household recycling, and how public awareness and improved recycling infrastructure are necessary to achieve meaningful progress in recycling practices.

In my opinion, I believe that employees who are not feeling well should be offered to work from home considering the serious consequences.
