Water is one of the most essential factors for the human being but there are so many people who are facing the serious problem of reaching water all over the world. According to certain research, only 2% of the water can be used as drinkable resources on the earth. I am of the opinion that the reason for the water shortages is caused by several elements. However, I believe that the main reasons are a lack of precipitation and management skills.
