Many companies require to know private details about the people applying for vacancies, like how they spend their free time, or their marital status. A lot of people agree with the information being shared with corporates, while others do not. I believe that shared data is useful for business owners for several reasons.
Many applicants are required to share additional personal information such as hobbies or marital status during job selection process. Some people believe that this information can prove beneficial for the employers whereas others claim that this information is useless and holds no value. This essay will discuss both view points and present my opinion.

While there are people that believe these facts are import to the company to know, there are also people that believe requiring this information is not correct. Here, I'm going to explain both point of views and then address my opinion.
