By improving vacation spot and promote it, we can get many income from it. Nowadays there many method we can use to encourage audience like post in Instagram or Facebook, according to me it is the flexible and cheap way. We need an approach that our promotion are effective and efficient so scrum will come to our destination. To describe a a writter, he is a monk and a leader of 7 million Tibetan’s inside and outside of Tibet. He is non other than His Holliness the Dalai Lama. I am familiar with his writings on Buddhist psychology , where it reminds about the compassion, how it helps one's own mind to keep calam and non reactive towards harmful actions or faulty language spoken to oneself. It was stated in one his writting that the compassionate mind helped him to survive his spirit. The eagerness came from that statement in one of his books that I want to meet him in personel to ask him how does that helped him to stay spirited. It was in his biography that he did have had tough time in late 1950s where he lost his country’s Independence and had to flee his own country.

The huge gap between CEO and regular employees’ income is often discussed in society. While some people insist it is not fair, others , however, claim it is essential. I totally agree that higher payments for CEOs and executives are necessary because of the responsibility and strict competence requirements they have in comparison with other workers.

Certain individuals think that it is much better not to fight with bad circumstances such as poverty or unattractive jobs. Opponents, however, believe that it is important to pursue better living conditions. In my opinion, I consider, persistence in creating a satisfactory style of life is much more profitable in terms of happiness and success.

IN THE DEVELPING WORLD, THE MEDICAL FIELDS STAFFS AND PROFFESSORS ARE PLAYING A CRUCIAL ROLE IN THE DEVELOMENT OF THE COMMUNITY. HOWEVER, THEY ARE ALWAYS PAID LOWER SALARY AND THEREFORE IT IS ARGUED THAT THEY SHOUD GET MORE FINANCIAL BENEFITS THAN THE PEPOPLE WORK IN THE ENTERTAINMENT FIELD. I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH THIS STATEMENT AS THEY ARE BEING A SAFEGAURD TO THE WHOLE SOCIETY.

My grades, which had hovered around 70% during the COVID-19 pandemic, soared to an impressive 90% in my final semester. This experience taught me the power of resilience and the importance of perseverance under proper guidance. It also instilled in me a deep-rooted belief in my ability to overcome obstacles and achieve my goals.
