Education is one of the most important part in everyones life. Most of the people accepted that the local authority may have been funded for the cultural activites such as dance, music. Some person argue that it is the responsiblity of the familes or business owned privately.

Some people claim that not enough of the waste from homes is recycled. They say that the only way to increase recycling is for governments to make it a legal requirement. To what extent do you think laws are needed to make people recycle more of their waste?

There is an opinion asserting that the amount of recycled domestic waste is not adequate thus, there is no other way but introducing a law by government in relation to recycling waste in order to rise it. While I agree that imposing recycling law on citizens could be helpful, I do not agree that it is the only measure that governments are able to take about this issue.

From the table above, we can see that for last 100 years from 1900 until 2000, Belgium have the highest population for people aged 65 and over in the three countries (Australia, Belgium, and Costa Rica). Belgium have the biggest portion for that population with an average up to 50% from total in the three countries each year. Contrast from Belgium, Costa Rica have the lowest population for that aged each year of observation. This data need more research to check what is behind the situation. We must compare based on total population from each country and check the composition for the population aged below 65. After we get all the data, we can analyze and compare them to make sure fair condition on observation. The conclusion, can lead us to other assumptions to check, like birth rate, death rate, etc. Maybe that Belgium have highest birth rate or maybe Costa Rica have highest death rate, and many others assumption and conclusion we can get.

The plan of the university sports center includes two versions of facilities’ location now and after redevelopment in future.
