A few months ago I attended your cooking course and I am very grateful for this learning experience I had in your restaurant. I would like to point out that the course was perfect in that it allowed me to learn from experienced chefs, and IN that, it had the perfect balance between practicality, demonstrations and experimentation. And the most important lesson I've learned is that you have to be sure, that you have to experiment and try to perfect.
