Thanks to rapid developments in healthcare services and technology, people are able to live longer than previous generations. There is a strong link between life expectancy and alternative health opportunities. Therefore, while technological advances in hospitals are increasing, life expectancy would go up too. There are a number of benefits and drawbacks to the topic. Some people think that this is a good thing in terms elderly people can spend more time with their grandchildren, on the other hand, some people have opposing ideas because of the shortage of sources.

In is concurrent world, as a result of globalisation the industries and culture are merging internationally leading to the survival of the strongest. This is affected in case of even languages. Educational system allocated more value for English rather than a local dialect which causes disappearance of the latter.
