Nowadays there is an ever increasing percentage of lifestyle related diseases, many of them directly related to our nutritional habits. Raising popularity of fast foods has been associated with health issues such as diabetes or increased blood pressure. There is a strong belief that it’s a responsibility of governments to propose solutions to these issues. I personally believe that it’s high time public bodies should come up with regulations that would minimise negative phenomenons incurred by unhealthy meals widely available on the streets of our cities. In this essay I will try to justify my view.
