I know that you are into martial arts and I believe bjj can cover both of your needs. In Toronto there are some many beginner friendly bjj dojos where they have weekly courses. For most of the dojos you do not need to make any online registration. Basically, just google bjj Toronto and you will see bunch of bjj locations. Pick on of them and check their schedule to be there on the time. Next week Saturday, I will be free after my work. We can go there together if you would like to.
