Thankfully, as time went by, everything was coming back to normal. My English and turkish were getting better, I was making new friends, and I eventually found a job and was able to provide myself financially. At the time I was working as a waiter in different hotels. So, the situation was my academic performance was good at the uni, I had sufficient money, I had close friends, and I knew English and Turkish language. As you may have noticed, my situation was much better than before.
