I completely agree that having higher wages are more crucial than having job satisfaction for all working employees. Higher wages gives financial stability and offers employee other benefits such as extra Bonus every year. For example, company offers various benefits such as incentive, makes work timing flexible, so people feel motivated and work harder. To sum up, people tend to look forward to jobs having more higher wages compared to job satisfaction.
