Air contamination is one of the most endangered problems which has a devastating effect on the planet and people as well.There are several reasons for the rising level of air pollution. The first reason is the emission from the factories, firms and industries.Those manufacturing units release untreated gases into the environment, which raises the concentration of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, resulting in the air dirtiness. Additionally, the increasing use of private vehicles in urban areas also contributes to the growth of polluted air. To be more specific, people tend to use motorbikes, private cars to travel, and those means of transport generate a huge amount of exhaust fumes. Lastly, the contaminated air is a consequence of natural disasters. These days many people with health problems are trying alternative medicines and treatments instead of visiting their usual doctor. In ancient times, people used alternative medicine or folk medicine, which is treating themselves with herbs, etc. In this article, I will discuss the pros and cons. From my point of view, I see that the negatives in using traditional or folk medicine are more than the positives،there are many reasons for this, such as No one knows how this medicine affects a person or what the complications of this medicine are.There are also some cases in which herbs are used that have complications such as allergies, which can cause death for some. It is also possible for a non-specialized person to use herbs, which is dangerous.
