We live in a world where communication opportunities are developing rapidly, which allows people to get in touch anywhere at any time. Still, some believe that restrictions are necessary in communicating via phones in common and filled places. The opposite side is more confident that they have the right to use such possibilities at will. Taking into account that each position has its own justifications, I’m more inclined that by avoiding strict restrictions and observing the basic rules of communication in public places, it is possible to create conditions that satisfy both groups.
