It is thought by some that conglomerates and industries should shift their base to outskirts instead of being based at the centres of cities. This essay will argue that the advantages of this outweighs the drawbacks. This essay will first demonstrate that this shift leads to proper population distribution and also stimulates development of remote areas, followed by an analysis of how the primary drawback, namely increase of cost for company, is not valid.

There are many examples when countries had to impose curfew and restrictions on its own citizens. These restrictions and curfews depend upon the situation or turmoil which the country is been facing, for example, political unrest or may be increased rate of crimes against the children/teenagers. Later is the reason because of which, in some areas of US, teenagers are strictly prohibited to be involved in outdoor activities without being accompanied by an adult after a certain time. Not only teenagers are often seen as a soft and easy target by the criminals but also teenage is the period of life in which one is attracted more often towards the activities which should have been avoided at that time.
